We are running shops that handle a wide variety of daily life products and Japanese items including Japanese dishes, Western dishes, lacquerware, kitchen accessories, interior accessories, and incense.
We are especially particular when procuring Japanese dishes and have various kinds of products from potteries all over Japan.
Our wide range of products covers ordinary items that enrich our daily lives through to valuable items that can also be given as gifts.
Most of our products are procured independently by each shop manager, which gives each shop its own individual personality of the region that it is located in.
Main Products
In addition to daily accessories and Japanese items — including tableware for both Japanese and Western dishes, lacquerware, kitchen accessories, and incense— our shops also handle cosmetics, fashion accessories, and a wide range of general goods.
47 years ago, we opened the first “lifestyle concept shop” that combined tableware and cosmetic items as listed above.
Most products are procured by shop managers allowing them to select items independently so as to reflect local characteristics.
This contributes give an impression that KIKUYA meets especially women’s lifestyle needs.
*Recently no new shops are opened in this category as we are focusing on Japanese traditional tableware more.
